People Making Progress is seeking an experienced IDD Residential Manager to support adults who live in their own homes and work and volunteer in the community. PMP is a non-profit company located in Tucker, GA in business since 1988. Managers will hire, train and supervise DSPs and attend meetings with participants and their families, ensure all documentation is maintained, as well as participating in overall program operations and planning. The Residential Program Manager shares ON CALL responsibilities with other members of the team on a rotating basis, works weekends and holidays as needed and will be scheduled for direct care service hours as well. Must have experience and be willing to support hygiene, ADLs, home living skills and community integration.

THIS IS NOT A 9-5 DESK JOB.

Employment expectations: experience supporting and providing direct care with people with IDD in residential settings, DSP supervisory experience, a willingness to be innovative in creating new opportunities for those we support.

All PMP employees must have a high school diploma or equivalent, clear criminal background and drug test, valid drivers’ license and availability of a car.
