Salary Range: $350,000 - $450,000/year

As the Managing Director Americas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's strategic vision. Operating with full autonomy, you'll lead a talented team and collaborate closely with global functional leaders to expand market reach, drive profitability, and reinforce our position as an industry leader. What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategic Direction: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve group targets, focusing on retention growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives through effective market and competitor analysis.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, review sales reports, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and program improvement.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to legal and safety standards while fostering a culture of ethical conduct and corporate responsibility.
• Human Resources Management: Drive recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
• Sales Targets and Continuous Improvement: Deliver on sales revenue and profit targets, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Industry Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
• Logistics Management: Optimize supply chain operations to ensure efficient procurement and distribution processes.
• Brand Development: Cultivate and enhance corporate image, reputation, and brand loyalty through effective relationship management and marketing strategies.
• Organizational Growth: Scale operations and premises in alignment with growth projections, identifying opportunities for expansion.

Experience You'll Need:

• Master’s degree in business management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in General Management, ideally in an international matrix organization.
• Proven track record of P&L leadership in the Americas region.
• Experience within a technology-driven company, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Expertise in developing effective strategies in collaboration with global functional leadership.
• Proficiency in overseeing distribution operations and inventory forecasting.
