People Like Me Project, Inc is Hiring a Grants and Fundraising Coordinator Near Columbus, OH

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire grants process, from application to reporting, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for securing grants and funding opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify potential grant opportunities and maintain a comprehensive database of funding sources.
- Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to develop grant proposals that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare and submit grant applications, including budgets, narratives, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor grant awards and ensure timely submission of all required reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all grant activities, including financial information and progress reports.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members involved in grant-funded projects.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in grants management and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business administration, nonprofit management, or public administration).
- Proven experience in grants management, including knowledge of grant application processes, compliance requirements, and reporting procedures.
- Strong research skills to identify potential funding sources and stay informed about relevant grant opportunities.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive grant proposals.
- Proficiency in using grants management systems (such as Salesforce) and document management tools (such as DocuSign).
- Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to adapt to evolving grant requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the financial feasibility of proposed projects and budgets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in strategic planning and technical writing is preferred.
