Pay: $18.00 -$20.00
Schedule: Monday-Friday. 1st shift

People Incorporated is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Facilities Technician. The employee is responsible for facility service requests, building maintenance, and emergency repairs including but not limited to; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks & keys, basic carpentry, painting and drywall repair, janitorial, grounds, and snow removal.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for routine, preventative and emergency maintenance as directed.
- Immediately report assessments and safety concerns to Facilities Director.
- Respond to maintenance work orders as assigned by the Lead Facilities Technician.
- Respond to emergency and after hour’s calls if needed.
- Pick up and/or transport supplies and equipment as needed.
- Travel between Agency locations as needed.
- Maintain a professional, safe and clean work environment.
- Comply with OSHA Safety policies and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2 years of relevant work experience required.
- Skill in performing building and property maintenance.
- Ability to properly and safely use hand tools and/or instruments and cleaning agents.
- Ability to follow direction and work both independently and as a team.
- Ability to work and communicate with others to provide immediate response.
- Use of your personal vehicle is required.
- A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
