People First Staffing is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Dayton, OH
Duties Include :
- Handling incoming phone calls regarding customer accounts and account changes
- Making outbound calls if an alarm event is triggered
- Working well with team members and customers
- Monitoring alarm systems through computer software and audio surveillance systems
Skills / Qualifications :
- Call Center Experience STRONGLY preferred
- Customer Service experience required
- Solid work history required
- Strong Phone Skills and Verbal Communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hour : 2 : 50pm - 10 : 50pm with weekend.
