Job Responsibilities

• Prepare all collected specimens for examination and analysis.
• Observe patient and sample information.
• Utilize venipuncture and capillary techniques to collect blood from people of various ages.
• Gather samples for various tests, such as alcohol, paternity, and drug testing.
• Perform timely and accurate data entry for patient information.
• Process billing data and gather payments as necessary.
• Give each patient top-notch customer service.
• Any necessary clerical and administrative responsibilities
• Visit other sites if necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
