Pentz Run Youth Services is a group home and shelter for adolescents with behavioral and/or mental health issues. Our program requires 24 hour supervision of our residents. We are looking for motivated, observant night owls who are willing to work the night shift. The position requires staff to be highly alert while completing various household tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry and minimal food prep. In addition, staff need to assure the safety of the residents and security of the facility.

We utilize a team approach to provide the safest and most homelike and nurturing environment possible for the youth in our care.

Must have valid PA driver's license
Must have at least a high school diploma
Must be able to get Act 33,34 and FBI clearances (PA criminal record check, PA child abuse record check and FBI fingerprinting)
Must be at least 21, preferably 23
Must be willing to work overnights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and written
Must be highly self motivated
Must be willing to work as part of a team

Experience is not necessary, however, you must be quick on your feet and have the ability to learn and follow our program which is based state regulations.
