The Lead Financial Data Analyst is a highly skilled and experienced analyst reporting to the Director of FP&A. This position will play a key role in overseeing data analysis projects, maintaining data integrity, assisting in finishing our Solver implementation, leading our Power BI implementation and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost optimization.

• Assist in preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports.

• Develop and implement data analysis strategies to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and financial reports.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance metrics to track and monitor financial performance against strategic goals.

• Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor communications, and other financial presentations as needed.

• Monitor, assess, and maintain data to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency in both Solver and Power BI.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial analysis and data management

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred; Proven experience (3 years) in financial analysis, business analysis, and reporting roles, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
• Strong background in financial analysis and data management; Proven track record of driving insights and providing strategic guidance based on financial data analysis; Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems, databases, and software tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Solver, or similar; Strong proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and improving financial performance; Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to non-technical audiences. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 annual
