We have an opportunity for a RainSoft Regional Sales Trainer to join our RainSoft national sales team. You will work with the Regional Sales Leader to assist with hiring and training outside sales representatives through the independent dealer network. This role will be a part of a team that will grow revenue by sourcing new dealers and working with our existing dealers to drive sales growth. You will cover the Great Lakes region, which includes WI, IL, IN, MI, OH, TN, KY, and some of Ontario, Canada.
For this position, you can live anywhere in the continental United States with easy access to a major airport and are willing to travel 75-80% of the time. Ideal candidates will be in the Great Lakes region.

This posting is for one regional sales trainer position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States. For California and New York City resident candidates, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $78100 - $145000 / year. For all other candidates in the U.S., the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71000 - $131800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actualcompensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, performance andtraining, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.Actual compensation may also be adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location.
