Pentair Management Company is Hiring an Operations Supervisor Near Moorpark, CA
- Establish line rates and manning to meet the goals of the PSI process.
- Train the production team to meet customer demand and participate in the continuous improvement process.
- Lead safety awareness and implement new and innovative techniques to assure a safe working environment.
- Ensure adherence to Standard work documents.
- Responsible for ensuring the production of a quality product on time and safely.
- Ensure accurate data is gathered and entered for key measurements to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that the team operates consistently within the policies and procedures of Pentair Pool Products and Pentair Corporation.
- Coach employees for career/talent development.
- Ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure Teams are meeting production requirement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Four-year College Degree and/or 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- 5-7 years manufacturing management.
- Operations Management
- Lean Environment & Implementation experience a plus
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus.
