Job Description: Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Temporary Mechanical Assembler (Pumps) in our Roseville, MN facility. This is a temp to hire position. You will assemble industry-leading gas-powered transfer pumps per bill of material, test the assembly to documented specifications and properly package the product. More details about the opportunity: Gas engine Pump assembly, working as team in a cell for the assembly process Using hand tools, power tools, blueprints, etc. to for the assembly process Testing of assembled product and proper packaging or each assembled pump Must have an eye for detail and being mechanically inclined is a plus Position hours/shift (Overtime Available!): 1st shift, 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday This position has the potential for the candidate to be hired on full-time eventually. Pay: $18.50/hr. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
