Position Summary:

Penske is seeking an ambitious and inquisitive Financial Systems Project Manager to join our Controllership team. Penske is a leader in the transportation industry. We help move lives and businesses forward. The Controllership team is looking for an individual to provide “best in class” support through their expertise and fresh thinking. The Financial Systems Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization on the development, implementation and ongoing administration and maintenance of various financial systems. In addition, this position will participate in special projects.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead financial systems projects, including implementations and related testing. Ensure completion within specifications, on time, and within budget.

• Perform systems-related assessments and cost benefit analyses. Define business requirements and functional specifications.

• Develop and drive enhancements and improvements for productivity, efficiency, and quality of financial data

• Ensure controls are in place and compliance requirements are met for system changes

• Support the administration, security and maintenance for OneStream and other financial systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Areas include the general ledger chart of accounts and related mapping, dimensions, business rules, entity structure, eliminations, consolidation, and other items.

• Through financial systems, support business needs surrounding the monthly close process, planning and forecasting, quarterly/annual financial statements and audits, acquisitions, and other items

• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments with financial systems, technology, and best practices

• Establish rapport and build cooperative working relationships with relevant internal and external parties

• Provide customer support and training for end users
