Training position for candidate to become member of a professional team managing the day to day functions of various types of retirement plans.
Position Duties
Participate in the daily duties of the team and develop the skill set required to ensure advancement within the group.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance. Some work experience preferred. Intermediate level experience with Excel.

Work Environment
Trainees become part of a team performing essential duties and customer service. This position may require some travel to attend client meetings or attend conferences. Teams typically work 40 hours per week, but overtime may be required during busy periods or to meet deadlines. This position can be stressful at times, but experienced team members find it to be rewarding and satisfying. Due to changes in the regulatory environment, teams participate in numerous training sessions throughout the year and are expected to retain a current working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations.
