Nursery Worker InfantsThe Infants Nursery Worker is responsible to monitor children for health, safety, and well-being by following state and ministry requirements and by communicating effectively with parents, staff, and the Nursery Director.
Provide Childcare
Monitor infants for health and safety. Meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of each infant and interact appropriately.
Maintain Childcare Guidelines
Follow state childcare requirements and ministry standards, including department schedules and routines for feeding, diapering, napping, and engaging infants.
Provide a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets state and ministry guidelines.
Communicate Effectively
Communicate clearly with parents, staff assigned to your area, and the Nursery Director. Always maintain confidentiality according to established guidelines.
Assist the Area Coordinator
