Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking a Primary Care Pharmacist to serve at Winterport Community Health Center (Winterport, Maine) and Hope House Health & Living Center (Bangor, Maine). This unique role initiates and develops comprehensive medication management services within the primary care setting. Work with passionate, integrated care teams providing high-quality care and services, modeling kindness, dignity, and respect to all. This is robust opportunity in a nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (NOTE: This role is planned for 3 days/week in Winterport and 2 days/week in Bangor.)

Penobscot Community Health Care: PCHC is a non-profit organization governed by a board of community volunteers.
