Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant, the Receptionist is responsible for screening and forwarding phone calls; greeting, signing-in and directing clients and visitors; and providing general information regarding Penny Lane services. The Receptionist also ensures the safety and cleanliness in the waiting room areas. Other responsibilities include clerical and miscellaneous administrative tasks, and assisting staff, as needed.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
Position Location: North Hills, CA
Position Status: Full-Time Temporary. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary Range: $16.50 - $21.83 per hour
Additional $1.00 per hour bilingual Spanish differential.
