ABOUT THE POSITION
The Programmer/Analyst provides high-level IT Support with application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or systems functional specifications. The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems programs, including prototypes based on and related to user or systems design specifications. This full-time position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, customer service, communication, and organization. Candidates must be available to work a schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility, of Monday through Friday. This is a hybrid or remote position: hybrid work arrangements allow for up to three days per week of remote work after onboarded in position and in consideration of onsite coverage needs. Remaining schedule is completed in corporate office location
