Overview:
Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Knowledge of applicable computer word processing and database programs. Ability to learn, operate and maintain equipment. Essential Job Functions:
Design and layout various legislative materials for reproduction.

Operate a variety of office and professional printing equipment.

Operate and understand the functions of a PC. Prepare publications for imposition utilizing prepress and direct-to-plate software, XMF and Fuji software.

Cross-reference and save materials for multiple applications.

Schedule work to meet continually changing priorities.

Willingness to be cross trained on other equipment.

Regular and punctual attendance at work and maintain a professional attitude.

Perform other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Knowledge of applicable computer word processing and database programs.

Knowledge of technology trends, e.g. familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other software.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and Managers.
