- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up patient's living space.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with nurse or caregiving duties is a plus.
- Experience in Dementia care or Memory care is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical records and documentation is required.
- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to HIPAA regulations is necessary.
