Overview:

The Pennsylvania Democratic Party and Biden for President are hiring Data Associates, based in Philadelphia, PA, to join the Data and Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the building of reports and tools for the PA Coordinated team in line with key programmatic priorities

• Maintain data standards to ensure data capture and hygiene

• Be a resource to other departments when it comes to training and set up for VAN, Reports, and other data and voter contact tools

• Respond to data support requests and flags

• Support other members of the Data Team to complete projects as necessary

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with google sheets or excel

• Good personal organization, including ability to meet deadlines and tasks multitask

• Desire to ask questions, receive constructive feedback, and grow as a professional

• Commitment to equity and inclusion in working with staff and other stakeholders

• Capacity and desire to work long hours in a campaign setting

Additional Useful Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL

• Experience with Votebuilder/VAN

• Experience using Google BigQuery

• Experience using Looker Studio or Hex

Salary: $5,000/mo

Data Associates will report to the Data Director.
