SUMMARY OF JOB:

Rate: $15/hr

Under direct supervision, the Barista is responsible for providing direct dining service including

• Assists with daily dining service functions
• Provide direct dining service according to established guidelines
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations
• Bus and reset The Bistro according to established guidelines
• Cashiering: operate touch screen register, process meal counts, total daily receipts
• Operate and state of the art coffee brewing equipment, soda dispenser and juice machine
• Serve light fare and assist residents with menu selections
• Clean and sanitize assigned work areas
• Maintain an appropriate professional appearance at all times
