Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Must have valid driver's license with clean driving history.
- Auto sales experience preferred, but not required.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Bi-Lingual a plus
Sales Consultants Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with respect and a smile.
- Consistently gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
- Listen to customers to determine their needs, then provide options.
- Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts & emails.
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Present and test drive vehicles.
- Be able to maintain above average CSI scores.
