Penn Station in downtown Rochester is a food staple within the community. We are seeking an A team builder with strong operational background of running the day to day of a fast casual franchise. This specific store has been here for 22 years. We are expanding and need a strong operational leader on board.

We are looking for a General Manager with a strong leadership demeanor to oversee all staff, and operations of the national franchise called Penn Station. If you haven't tried our food yet, it's absolutely delicious! We are known for our hot grilled sandwiches, fresh cut fries, and fresh squeezed lemonade.

We need an excellent candidate who excels in customer service and detail and is all about building the best team that is possible. On average GM's work ~50 hours per week. This is a hands on operator roll that isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

The starting pay for this position is $65,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.
