SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for accepting incoming referral information via multimedia and working directly with bed management and direct care nursing to coordinate inpatient bed assignments (particularly critically ill) for patients at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
Coordinates, prioritizes, and optimizes patient flow using knowledge of clinical and operational activities throughout the hospital network.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

Five (5) years' Critical Care Nursing experience preferred
