SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations in the Cafeteria under the direction of the Manager of Food Services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Any combination of education and experience that would demonstrate the capability to perform the duties of the position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Three (3) years food service experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety standards preferred.
