Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager:
· Administering treatments and documentation
· Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs
· Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs
· Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
· Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
· Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
· All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager:
Must have an active RN license in the state of PA
RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred
