Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for providing recruiting support and information, and participating in activities to support sales management in achieving the firm's recruiting objectives.

Responsibilities
- Assists management with recruiting activities such as; scrubbing databases, bulk mailings, advertising, Internet, coordinating career seminars.
- Identifies and contacts prospective financial professionals and schedules appointments for the candidates to meet with the firm’s management team.
- Conducts initial candidate interviews and testing as requested by sales management.
- Maintains recruiting tracking system
- Works with the candidates to complete all necessary licensing and registration paperwork in accordance with company policy
- Maintains recruiting materials
- Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
- Remains current in profession and industry trends.
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows)

Salary Range - $57,000 - $72,000
