Credentials:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
• BLS/CPR, as a healthcare provider as per the American Heart Association required.
• Registered Nurse - PA (Required)
• Pennsylvania RN licensure required. Certification in a National Nursing Specialty, appropriate to practice needs or patient population.

Education or Equivalent Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (Required)
• BSN degree from an accredited school of Nursing and 3 years relevant professional nursing experience, at least 1 year of experience at the Clinical Nurse II Colleague level required.
