AS THE DIRECTOR, EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT you will, execute direct administration of the Emergency Department as evidenced by achieving results in clinical quality and service excellence. You will assist in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the growth and development of emergency services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing required, Masters Degree in Nursing preferred
- Two years of current experience in medical/surgical unit required
- Two years of management experience in Medical/Surgical preferred
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) and ACLS certifications
