AS THE DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, you will provide professional clinical leadership and direct administration to all of the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health departments as evidenced by achieving results in clinical quality, service excellence, human resource management and financial management. The director assists in the developing and implementing a strategic plan for the growth and development of behavioral health services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License or Temporary Practice Permit required
Bacheor's Degree in Nursing required. Master
• 's Degree preferred or obtained within three (3) years from the date of hire
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in a Behavioral Health setting; minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing management experience
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) Certification and Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCM) Certification within 12 months of start date in the position
• Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills with Physician and all other members of the healthcare team
• Specialty certification preferred
