Penmac Staffing is currently seeking a IS / IT Associate for a part time position with ABB located in Stillwell, OK. The ideal candidates should have stable work history that demonstrates reliability, and experience with information systems.

In lieu of work history will consider vocational / technical high school and college courses and military service.We are looking for an Information Technology Intern who will focus on managing our corporate infrastructure, remote office assistance and assisting our onsite users with IT needsSHIFT INFORMATION 1st shift 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm2nd shift 2 : 30pm-10 : 30pmShift will be determined laterRequirements of the IS / IT Associate :

• Must be able to lift up to 50lb occasionally
• HS Diploma / GED Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Ability to use computers to look up parts and workorders
• Good Attendance and punctuality is a must
• Skills that would be a plus -information systems and knowledge of servers, networks, and applications
• Willing to submit to a Background check / drug test
• Available for flexible hours and weekends
• Must be able to move comfortably within the facility and be able to stand, sit, bend, squat, or kneel for prolonged periods
• Competency in administering desktop operating systems Windows and Mac
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities of the IS / IT Associate

• Place Safety in workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines alone with reporting safety issues.
• Communicate with other operators or supervisors to discuss any part or equipment defects. Identify and order appropriate supplies, parts, and tools as needed.
• Assist IS group with system upgrades and maintenance.
• Provide assistance with hardware, software, and network support.
• Requires advanced computer skills.
