This position is responsible for assisting with on-the-job training of new staff, and serves as the first-line resource in regard to procedures, issues, and Epic.# The Lead PSR, under direction of the Practice Manager or Supervisor, will assist in the development and implementation of objectives, policies, and procedures for the operational aspects of the practice. This position will be located at our North Salisbury location, but will be expected to travel to all YDI locations. Lead Patient Service Representative#Position Requirements## Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience One to three years of previous experience in a healthcare environment required. Previous training/teaching/mentoring or supervisor/lead experience preferred. Electronic health record experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word and/or Excel preferred.# Lead Patient#Service Representative Schedule# Day shift, Monday through Friday.
