Summary:
Our dynamic manufacturing team is looking for a meticulous Quality Control Technician. In this role, you'll be the guardian of our product standards, ensuring that all products meet our strict quality criteria. You'll conduct regular inspections, tests, and analyses to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products.
- Perform various tests on products to evaluate quality, durability, and safety.
- Maintain detailed records of testing processes, results, and identified issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and rectify quality concerns.
- Monitor quality control procedures and improvements.
- Provide training to production staff on quality control practices.
- Manage and calibrate quality control equipment and instruments.
Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in using various types of testing equipment and tools.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving precision in all tasks.
- Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with various teams.
- Basic computer skills for recording and analyzing data.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
