JOB DESCRIPTION
Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Skill Level(s): Subject Matter Expert

• work closely with Organization's technical team lead and other members of the team providing support to developing technical solutions.• perform work in three overlapping technical domains; defensive and offensive cyber, cloud, and data and cyber security.• enable the development of system architectures and detailed system designs.• advise on vulnerabilities and threats, evaluate relevant data sources, review white papers for technical feasibility and use, conduct tests, and assess test data.• review information from multiple sources and provide technical guidance regarding network or cloud architecture when necessary.• analyze technical requirements to identify appropriate technologies, capabilities, systems, and equipment to meet requirements.• provide engineering input to the development of new systems, capabilities, and equipment.• provide technical recommendations and best practices recommendations for operational integration.• ensure technical constraints are communicated and addressed as part of planning and execution.• perform trade studies from testing and evaluation lessons learned, new data sources gained, or feedback and provide recommendations for system modifications and upgrades.• support the development of procedures to include identification of mission contingencies and system troubleshooting.• provide recommendations with respect to end-to-end system capability gaps affecting usability and operability of systems.• document the progress of work undertaken, any knowledge captured, and methodologies applied at the direction of Organization and Organization's technical program manager.
