Position Overview

Our client is looking for a management specialist with administrative skills such as word and excel as they will be tracking and monitoring projects, and special programs, and assisting in the reconciliation process for the design consultant contracts. Organized, self-motivated, and have a customer service approach.

Responsibilities

Some of the tasks will be:

• Assisting in the reconciliations process for design consultant contracts.
• Request For Proposal process, Contract Sub-Inclusion Process, Justification Memo-Additional Funding, language changes, and any A&E administrative management support role.
• This role will also involve the creation of (ATP-Request) Authorization to Proceed Requests and ensuring the ATP-R is in contract compliance allowing the design consultant to be compensated as per the SCA contract.

Qualifications/Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft Suite applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with relevant background or an equivalent combination of education.
• Work experience with at least five years of full-time experience in developing and maintaining management reporting, financial, and data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
