Our Maintenance Personnel handle necessary maintenance and minor repairs to our dynamic entertainment and dining facility as well as grounds. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on client requirements and business needs.

 Essential Functions Typically Include:

• Inspecting assigned areas on a regular basis and performing routine maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition
• Assisting with daily custodial duties and assisting with weekly or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and maintenance procedures
• Reporting any major maintenance needs and recommending corrective action as appropriate
• Adhering to Pencor Services safety policies and procedures at all times
• Maintaining work areas, equipment and tools keeping them in a clean and orderly condition
• Performing other duties and cross training as required

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D 
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Valid PA driver’s license and good driving record
• Basic knowledge of electricity helpful, but not required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing helpful, but not required
• Ability to operate a snowplow
• Ability to operate Genie lifts and forklifts helpful, but not required
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills - oral and written
• Ability to handle frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50lbs
• Ability to handle occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions
