Pen Bay Speech and Pediatric PT/OT | MaineHealth is searching for a secretary! This position provides support services to departmental personnel as needed including, but not limited to, scheduling, answering phones, insurance authorizations, reception, assisting with room transitions, and organizing forms, to departmental personnel as needed. This position requires multi-tasking and a wide variety of skills including the ability to communicate with adults and children.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Education: High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: A minimum of one year's prior secretarial/receptionist experience in a setting where responsibilities included multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 40
