This is a new role in the company. You’ll join a solid team that has had consistent leadership for more than 30 years. Not afraid to get in the weeds, you’ll also be focused on strategy as we look to implement a strong growth plan. You’ll be an active participant with the various groups that report to you. You’ll be engaged in strategy sessions with your team, spend time providing direction & input, driving innovation, and coaching your team.

What you should have –

• Financial leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with inventory management & control policies
• Experience with ERP systems, evaluation and implementation experience a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• CPA preferred
• Experience in an ISO9001 organization

Compensation $125,000 - $150,000 Executive Bonus Plan
