Pella Carolina, Inc. is looking for a Trade Field Project Coordinator to join our Charlotte team. We are seeking confident, enthusiastic team players who thrive on a challenge and are very strong detail-oriented to join our team. JOB SUMMARY:

The duties of the Trade Field Project Coordinator are to work primarily with contractors; providing job coordination by communicating with sales reps, customers, and installers. The overall job of the Trade Field Project Coordinator is to ensure a great customer experience is provided to each customer by ensuring the process and experience are seamless.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet installers at job sites and introduce them to customers, re-emphasize the installation process, discuss all pertinent issues, and verify sizes and attributes while setting customer expectations.
  • Respond to contractors and installers for assistance at the job sites, assist the contactors, or installer when needed. Follow the recovery process set by management.
  • Will inventory and inspect the delivered product to make sure all product is received for the job.
  • Trouble-shoot problem installations and report findings to the Installation Manager and Sales Reps as needed.
  • Make minor service repairs when possible and assist service technicians as needed.
  • Complete all assigned reporting responsibilities accurately, and promptly.
  • Visit every project at a minimum of one time and complete all necessary tasks including walkthroughs.
  • This job will be a 50/50 split between replacement installs and trade (R&R) installs.
  • Must be able to manage your calendar and demands daily.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Building/contractor knowledge helpful.
  • Excellent organizational, social, and customer skills are necessary
  • Skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications are helpful.
  • Ability to develop excellent proficiency in PQM, PSI, OMS
  • Outgoing and highly motivated personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently with little supervision. Build a complete product knowledge base.
  • Ability to lift the product, assist with service, and make minor repairs to the product.
