The Replacement Sales Internship program is designed to prepare high-potential students for a position as a Replacement Sales Consultant. This program will provide experience on aspects of Pella Northland’s business with a specific focus on Replacement Sales. This program will familiarize the successful candidate with integral parts of the Replacement Selling program including order acquisition and order fulfillment as well as lead management, opportunity recycling and customer follow-up.

This position will be temporary during the Summer of 2024 for a duration of 8 to 12 weeks, and approximately 40 hours per week.

Here’s what winning looks like in this role:

• Review project selection checklist for photos and casing selections
• Review contracts for accuracy
• Attend installation days and canvass neighborhoods for additional sales leads
• Perform critical administrative tasks such as cancelling call backs or cleaning up data in Salesforce, Hatch, or other programs
• Assist in the setup, teardown, prep and attendance of neighborhood events
• Conduct job site visits to show customer appreciation and obtain before/after photos of projects
• Attend shows and events to represent the Pella brand in a positive and professional manner
• Represent Pella in its local showrooms (Woodbury and Plymouth) as requested.
• Assist in project-based assignments such as software launch preparation
• Behave according to Pella's core values
