Well established tree service company looking to fill management position of Arborist Sales & Service Coordinator. Your background in tree care is important as we are looking to grow the business to include multiple crews. Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include tree service sales, scheduling jobs, managing tree crews, enforcing safety standards, monitoring maintenance of equipment, and production cost analysis. Your experience in the tree care industry is crucial as you will be meeting with existing and new clients and helping them to identify tree issues that may be of concern.

Experience:

Tree Care; 5 years Required

Tree Service Sales; 3 years Required

Experienced in managing tree crews and a willingness to be responsible for daily production and problem-solving

Knowledge and performance of ANSI tree pruning and tree removal standards

Knowledge and installation of cabling and bracing systems

Experience working with crane removals

Knowledge and application of safety standards and procedures in the performance of small and large tree care pruning and removals, and a willingness to enforce these standards

Experienced in training of tree crew members

Qualifications:

Sales and service experience in tree care industry

ISA Certification

A clean MVR and valid Driver's License is required (CDL is a plus)

Excellent communication and leadership skills, prior experience training employees is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
