As a team member at Pelican's SnoBalls of any title, you are the face of the company while at the service window. We are looking for charismatic, courteous, and diligent individuals to add to our team. The ideal candidate will not just tolerate customer service but will enjoy chatting with customers and will be able to keep up small talk and generally engage beyond hello.

Responsibilities

• Make the world's best SnoBall
• Operate a cash register, taking orders
• Maintain and clean store equipment and facilities
• Maintain refilled stock levels of toppings, paper products, etc
• Smile and engage customers beyond robotic greetings
• Keep the patio grounds and tables free of trash and clean
• Work our event truck and events

Job Requirements:

• Be 16 years or older
• Be available to work some combination of shifts during weekday afternoons/ nights and weekends.
• Be detail oriented and ready to follow store procedures
• Able to perform in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Able to lift 25lbs occasionally
• Able to stand long periods of time
• Have reliable transportation
• Be communicative in work availability and punctual for scheduled shifts
• We're also looking for individuals to DRIVE and run our event truck, very similiar to a small moving truck.

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Pay: $10.00-$13.00 per hour (Base pay PLUS tips)*

*Tips are paid out daily, crew gets to keep all tips!*

• Day Shift 11:30-4:30/5:00 PM
