The Role

We are seeking Repair Technicians to keep our customers happy and swimming!
We offer competitive pay, full benefits for you and your dependents; as well as upward career mobility!
Pay range: $20-$25/hour commission
The Day to Day
- Inspects and conducts general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs to clients swimming pools
- Consults manuals or other resources required as needed
- Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and heating continue operating properly
- Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
The Person
- Experience in Customer Service, with incredible interpersonal skills
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and swimming pool repair, or previous experience in related field preferred
- Ability to read repair manuals.
- Talented in the use hand tools and power tools
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- RAIL license preferred
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to work independently
The Environment
- Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds at a time
- Required to be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces
- Essential that you love to be outdoors
