pelican development is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Siler, NC
Seeking a maintenance technican to perform maintenance and renovation work on residential apartments. Must have own tools, vehicle ability to do flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, light hvac, drywall, cabinets, bathrooms, doors/windows. Position also requires snow and ice clearing, trash pickup and removal, cleaning of common areas and landscaping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
