Full-time Description Pelican Bay Foundation is the premier luxury community in Naples, FL. One of the area's largest exclusive enclaves, situated on more than three square miles and bordered by pristine white-sand beaches, our community offers the most diverse slate of amenities and activities anywhere in the region, and we are seeking a full-time, year-round Busser to join our Food and Beverage team, in Naples, FL. The Foundation manages all common areas, including two beach facilities and two private beachfront restaurants, two tennis facilities, two boardwalks, the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, the Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land. In this role, you will be a part of the front-of-the-house (FOH) F&B team and cultivate a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and guests. You'll have excellent communication skills, deliver a high level of customer service, and have the ability to maintain the highest integrity. Assures dining areas are clean and properly arranged
Organizes, cleans, and sanitizes the work area before, during and after each shift.
Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
Delivers food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner to maintain the food's temperature
Maintains proper and adequate set-up of assigned area on a daily basis
Replenishes beverages as necessary and checks with member/guests for overall satisfaction
Rotates products to assure freshness
Sets, busses, and resets tables to restaurant standards including chairs, table bases and surrounding floor areas
Assists with stocking supplies
Requirements Education
Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described
Ability to operate Point of Sale system and/or reservation system
Ability to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; or hear.
