- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials
- Safely transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production facility
- Use pallet jacks and other equipment to move and stack pallets
- Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory management
- Assist with shipping/receiving tasks, including inspecting incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Previous experience operating a forklift or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Knowledge of mechanical operations and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving procedures
- Valid forklift operator certification preferred, but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
