Pegula Sports is Hiring a Production Coordinator Near Buffalo, NY

The Production Coordinator provides high level administrative and production support to the VP of Media and Content and Production Team, playing a key role in maintaining operation efficiencies. Assist with crewing and logistics for PSE production including Buffalo Sabres and Bandits. This position requires various day, evening and weekend hours including game day responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist VP/Production Manager/Producers on all aspects of productions, including administrative and logistical support
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the department
  • Maintain meeting notes, memos, documents and schedules
  • Coordinating assigned events
  • Coordinate crew travel and per diem
  • Organize equipment, supplies and resources
  • Assist with budget planning and invoicing
  • Act as a liaison with vendors and regional networks
  • Assist with project planning and scheduling
  • Manage purchase orders, payments, invoicing, budget tracking, crew food, beverage order and tracking
  • Maintains upmost confidentiality as applicable
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years previous broadcast production experience
  • Knowledge of remote production and technical equipment is a plus
  • Basic Math skills with experience in budgets and invoicing
  • Must be proficient excel, power point, word processing, and graphics to produce reports, presentations, schedules, or other documents
