Price Analyst/Estimator (Government Contracting) - Corporate Office - Woodstock, GA
Summary:
The Price Analyst/Estimator develops cost estimates and pricing documents for Military base support contracts and commercial/federal multi-discipline maintenance, and services contracts using customer specifications, estimating guides such as RS MEANS and in-house time and material cost data. Analyzes requests for proposals, attends site visits and works with operations experts to create competitive bids. Creates scopes of work and quote documents to secure subcontractor quotes. Works under minimal supervision and may provide some guidance to less experienced estimators.

Price Analyst/Estimator (Government Contracting) - Corporate Office - Woodstock, GA

Qualifications/Experience:
- Ability to create estimates and translate to pricing models.
- Experience performing price-to win analysis.
- Experience preparing estimates for large ($20 mil - $100 mil) federal requests for quotes.
- Multi-discipline, multi-service estimating experience a plus (mechanical maintenance, logistics, etc.)
- Proficiency in RS MEANS and/or other cost estimating software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in lieu of degree acceptable
