General Maintenance Worker – Fort Smith/Fayetteville, AR (Contingent on Contract Award)
Summary:
The GMW is not an on-call position for after-hours service calls. This position must be able to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
Essential Duties:

• The General Maintenance Worker maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites.
• Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, grounds, escorting, and other duties assigned.
• Assists Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, and other workers with their tasks.

Qualifications/Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
