Pegasus Staging is Hiring a Home Stager Near San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Home Stager/Designer that will be handling and managing the overall design and Staging of our residential staging home projects in the San Francisco Bay Area (including Marin, SF, Mid-Peninsula, East Bay, Napa and Sonoma). The hours of operation are normally between 7:00am - 5:00pm with the possibility of early morning, late evening and weekend work.

The Stager will be responsible for curating, design, and overall look of the Stages, as well as oversee the moving crew during installations and the removal of furniture from properties at Destage.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in the home staging business/design industry. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, organized, detail oriented, perfectionist, with a fun, positive and outgoing personality. Must have your own cell phone, vehicle and drivers license.

Responsibilities Include:

Staging:

  • ● Curate and design furniture layout for staging installation.
  • ● Create pack lists and provide photos and lists to the crew so they know what furniture to bepulled for staging installation.
  • ● Responsible for wrapping all accessories and assisting with loading and unloadinglightweight furniture, accessories, artwork and storage bins from box trucks.
  • ● Prepare and protect all items to ensure they are ready for deployment to stage.
  • ● Confirm all listed furniture and decorations are packed for staging installation.
  • ● Communicate arrival and departure of warehouse and job site to Office Manager.
  • ● Create floor plan for staging crew and staging assistant to use on stage in order to placefurniture and accessories according to the design plan.
  • ● Oversee and manage the entire staging installation.
  • ● Oversee any edits or change outs made by the client after staging installation is complete.
  • ● Oversee destages and furniture removals.
  • ● Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving inventory into or out of properties.
  • ● Greet client(s) upon arriving at the specified location and complete walk-throughs of thepremises.
  • ● Communicate in a professional manner with any persons that are on the property or show upon the property during the staging installation.
  • ● Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of every staging project.
  • ● Run various errands for staging purposes.
  • ● Potential to grow into the Senior Stager position and oversee other stagers on the Team.

Listing Prep/Design:

  • ● Work with the Lead Designer to create mood boards, layouts, and design plans.
  • ● Assist Lead Designer with ordering materials for projects.
  • ● Organize and maintain inventory for projects.
  • ● Transport all materials that are delivered to the warehouse to the job site. Coordinatedelivery of larger items with the Pegasus Crew.
  • ● Check on the project site twice a week and/or at the start/completion of each task and send photos to the Lead Designer.

Qualifications

  • ● Current driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
  • ● Background in the design/home staging.
  • ● Reliable with good work ethics.
  • ● Be willing to learn the inventory and the company's aesthetic standards.
  • ● Requires the physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • ● Must have a professional manner and appearance and always respectful with all clients and team members. Calm under pressure.
  • ● Excels in a professional, team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
  • ● Learning based, growth focused, proactive and concierge style service based attitude.
  • ● Attention to detail and being concerned about doing things the right way.
  • ● Ability to focus on completion of projects.
  • ● Take ownership of performance and how that contributes to the overall success of thecompany.
  • ● Adapt to a daily changing environment and support the entire staging department incompleting each project successfully.
  • ● Openness to be coached around skills that will ensure efficiencies throughout eachdepartment.
  • ● Innate ability to meet and surpass client expectations, elevating their experience with ourTeam.
  • ● The home staging designer will be working directly with the lead designer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
